Reza is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of operational and management experience in the Mortgage and Finance industry. Throughout his career, he has cultivated strong business affiliations and honed entrepreneurial skills, earning a reputation as a visionary leader and industry innovator. Reza holds a BA from York University, a Master’s in Management Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Queen’s University, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Financial Underwriting from Seneca College.

As the CEO of GreenFlow Financial, Reza has led the company to achieve significant milestones, including recognition as one of the Canadian Mortgage Professional (CMP) Magazine’s Top Brokerages in 2018, 2019, and 2020. Under his leadership, GreenFlow Financial has consistently set new standards in the mortgage industry. His individual accomplishments include being named one of CMP’s Young Guns in 2016, recognition on the CMP Hotlist 2021, and winning the 2019 Community Trust Award for Alternative Broker Specialist of the Year – Business for Self. He serves on the Advisory Board of The Coalition of Independent Mortgage Brokers of Canada (CIMBC) and is an advisor to the Forbes Finance Council, an exclusive organization for senior finance executives. Reza is deeply committed to community service and has been actively involved in not-for-profit initiatives focusing on business innovation, youth mentorship, and civil rights. His dedication earned him the Ontario Volunteer Service Award in 2014, recognizing his five years of continuous contributions.
